Established in 1959, Milburn Flooring operates in Long Island, the 5 boroughs of New York, Westchester, Putnam, and Orange counties. We are a full-service Flooring and Tile contractor who serves our clients with a focus on a high level of quality and customer service. We are looking for seasoned Installations crews who are looking to build a relationship with a Premier Flooring Contractor and are experienced in the following areas.

Glue Down Carpet
Carpet tile
VCT
LVT
Vinyl plank
Sheet vinyl
Ceramic Tile

Primary Responsibilities:

Commercial Flooring Required: 3 years minimum

Qualifications:

Must carry acceptable insurance. Minimum requirements will be discussed during the interview and initial qualification process.
Installers must possess OSHA-10 certification and valid Driver License to work on Long Island
Installers must possess a 40-hour SST card to work in the 5 boroughs of NYC.
Must have comprehension of Prevailing Wage laws and be able to produce certified payroll reports
