For me working at RENU has been a Positive Experience. I feel as though I’m appreciated at this company and have received financial rewards along with a sense of satisfaction in being a part of a growing company. Mike and Scott go out of their way at least from my experience to both mold you in a way to be beneficial to the company and to allow you as an individual take it from there. RENU upper management does not micro managing what I do, check on my comings and goings and have my back when a decision needed to be made without their knowledge. The 401 retirement plan is good, Health insurance has improved. Moral at the company is good as well. This is only the second company that I have worked for where I didn’t count the days until they run out of work or I can’t take their poor management decisions any longer and they give me the sad, we have to let you go speech due to a lack of work. If an individual is motivated with a desire and drive to excel at their profession then I would say that RENU is a good fit for them.
